The house on the lake. Lake Rufino to be exact. It's a nature reserve where there are great areas and paths to walk and cycle around the lake. This house has been completely restored and is indeed a quite beautiful property. The interior is exquisitely finished: a typical Marche farmhouse originally, it is now a very comfortable family home with a mature terraced garden with a swimming pool and wondrous lake and mountain views
